I have an issue with my order, how do I contact you?

When will new jewelry be available?
Official drops will be announced via Instagram (@DesignatedElle) and email reminders to those who are subscribed. I aim to have one drop a week.
How does international shipping work?
All items are shipped from within the U.S. International shipping is available. It is the responsibility of the buyer to handle any customs fees.
Will you restock this specific piece?
As most of these pieces are no longer in production and are individually sourced, restocks are rare. If they do occur, the new piece may be priced differently due to the condition and where it was sourced.
How is it priced?
Each piece's pricing is based on; condition, materials, need for repair, and rarity.
What is the jewelry made of?
Each piece is unique and crafted from a variety of materials. The quality of the metal and materials used will be noted in each product description.
Do the watches work?
The condition of the watch will always be noted in the description. Watches receive new batteries before being shipped out. I rarely post watches that do not run, in the event I do it will be clearly noted in the description. Importantly, I am not a watchmaker, but I have experience with minor repairs. Certified watchmakers do all major repairs.
How do I know if a piece will fit me?
The length of jewelry and watch bands will always be included in the description of each product, whether the piece can be resized or have parts removed will also be noted. To ensure a piece will fit, wrap a measuring tape snugly around the widest part of your wrist. Note the number on the measuring tape, and add a half inch to determine the right length for you.
When will it be shipped?
Unless otherwise noted, packages are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Returns and Exchanges.
Everything is final sale. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact me to proceed. If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with your local mail provider for more info. Once a package is scanned into the shipping systems I am not longer liable for the package.
I bought an art print. How will I get it?
Once you have purchased your art, you will be sent a confirmation email that will contain a download link.
